Manage Passwords

Depending on the services you utilize, you could potentially have three different usernames and passwords to access these services. Read the choices below carefully to insure you change the correct account information.

Internet & Email Access

Enter your current username and password that you use to access the Internet. Please type just your username, not your full email address.

Enter the new password that you would like to use. The password must have at least 4 characters but no more than 8 characters, and cannot match your username. You must enter the password in both boxes below to confirm that you typed it correctly.

Please Note:
  • In the event that your new password is lost and you need CTC Net to reset it, the change may take up to 25 minutes to take effect.
 
View Bill/Pay Bill (e-billing) Access

Sign in to the e-billing site then click on Change Profile. Forgot your password?  Contact us to have it reset.
 

 Personalized Community Web Site

Login to your personalized Community Web Site, point to "My Home" then click "My Profile" to change your password. Forgot your password? Click on the Password Reminder button and we'll email your password to you.
